How to use a refill adaptor to top up your partially used gas canister.

Note Glen Currie's suggestion of keeping the canister to be refilled in a bowl of ice. This is a great idea.

Got mine the other day, works sweet, I kept my smaller cannister in a bowl of ice whilst filling it made it super efficient.
