As a small online only company we accept it is hard for you to get your hands on our products prior to purchasing.

Because of this we willingly accept returns if the product is unused. 

All we ask for is you cover the direct costs incurred as part of the sale which we cannot recover. This generally includes credit card fees and shipping costs. We will have had other costs but these are harder to isolate so we will absorb these.

We can provide proof of these costs.

Note when we make the refund it isn't the fastest process. Expect up to 2 weeks. This is frustrating but its somewhat out of our hands.
